What We’re Thankful For

What we’re thankful for.  While most everyone we’ll be seeing and visiting over the next few weeks will be talking about “being thankful for family… thankful for the turkey meal… thankful we live in America…” and then go and watch the Thanksgiving football games, what are we thankful for?  Thankful for truth.  Thankful we go to a church that actually tells people they have to lay down sin to go to heaven and not skirt around the issue.  Thankful that it’s not just us going down this path either but that we have other brothers and sisters doing the same thing.  Thankful we know what in the world this whole “Thanksgiving Day” is about.

We are very thankful.  And it’s a real true deep down appreciation to God.  It’s like the song “Count Your Blessings”…  We’re alive.  We have health (hopefully).  We have a church blessed by God.  We have a country that allows us to worship freely. We have technology that we can get to truth 24/7.  We have jobs (again, hopefully).  We have spiritual family that will help us if we stray and who care about our souls.  We have leaders that spend their days and nights counseling and directing.  We have revolutionary sermons and info that has come from Gwen Shamblin.  We have hope for the first time that our kids are not gonna grow up worse off spiritually than us.  We have the coolest church around which has streaming TV shows to our phones every Thursday at lunch.  We have webcasts. We have festivals. ect…. ect… ect…

The list goes on and on and on…  Post on this article what you’re thankful for Remnant and let the world know.
